1. How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is entirely free on all orders across the United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements or hidden delivery fees added at checkout.
2. Where do my orders ship from?
Every single item is managed, packed, and shipped directly from our physical storefront boutique located at 4221 18th Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11218. We do not use third-party fulfillment centers or drop-shippers.
3. How long will it take for my order to be processed?
We securely pack and prepare your items for shipment within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Saturday) from the time you place your order.
4. When can I expect my package to arrive?
Once our boutique team hands your package over to the shipping carrier, transit takes between 3 to 4 business days. In total, you can expect your items to arrive safely at your doorstep within 4 to 6 business days.
5. What is your daily order cutoff time?
Our daily cutoff time is 5:00 PM (Eastern Time, New York). Orders placed before 5:00 PM Monday through Saturday enter our processing queue the very same day.
6. Do you ship on weekends or public holidays?
Our boutique team and our shipping carriers process and transport packages from Monday through Saturday. We rest on Sundays and major public holidays, so orders placed on those days will be handled first thing the next business day.
7. How can I track my package?
The moment your order is inspected and leaves our Brooklyn shop, we will send an automated confirmation email to your inbox containing a direct tracking link. This allows you to monitor your package's active progress every step of the way.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
8. What is your return policy?
We offer a straightforward 30-day return window from the exact date your package is delivered. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original garment tags firmly attached to be eligible for a refund.
9. How do I start a return?
To start a return, simply email us at contact@luxurystyleinc.shop with your full name, order number, and the details of the items you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the process within 1 to 2 business days.
10. Where do I send my return items?
All returns must be securely sent or brought directly to our physical shop: Luxury Style Inc., 4221 18th Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11218, United States. If you live locally in New York, you are welcome to drop off your authorized return in person during normal store hours.
11. Who pays for return shipping, and are there restocking fees?
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs back to our Brooklyn storefront. We do not charge any restocking fees for items returned to us in brand-new condition.
12. How long does it take to get my refund?
Once your return package arrives at our physical store and passes our quality inspection, we process your refund immediately. The funds will automatically apply to your original payment method within 10 business days.
13. What if I enter the wrong address at checkout or receive a damaged item?

Wrong Address: Contact us immediately at +1 (347) 977-2408. If your order hasn’t shipped, we will fix it. If it has already left our shop, we must wait for the carrier to return it to us before arranging a redelivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Item: If we make a mistake or an item arrives defective, email us a quick photo right away. We will send you a prepaid free return label and ship your replacement item at zero additional cost to you.

14. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide range of secure payment methods, including American Express (Amex), Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, and Visa Electron. All charges are processed safely in US Dollars ($).
15. Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
Your security is our priority. Our store utilizes Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology to safely transmit your transaction details. We do not store or have access to your full credit card credentials or banking data on our servers.
