Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return. To qualify for a full refund, the item must be:

Unworn and unwashed
In the same condition you received it
With all original garment tags still attached

1. How to Start a Return

Email contact@luxurystyleinc.shop within 30 days of delivery.
Include your full name, order number, and the item(s) you'd like to return.
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return authorization and instructions for shipping or dropping off your item.

Note: Returns sent without prior authorization from our team may not be accepted.

Return shipping cost: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
In-store drop-off: Local customers may drop off authorized returns at our Brooklyn store during business hours (see hours below).

3. Refund Timeline

Once your return arrives at our store, our team inspects the item for eligibility.

If approved: Your refund is processed immediately.
Refund method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Timeline: Refunds are issued within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post the funds to your account.

4. Fees & Exceptions

Restocking fees: None. We do not charge restocking fees on eligible returns.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Contact us right away — we'll resolve it at no additional cost to you, including covering return shipping in these cases.
