Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the exact date your item is delivered to your address. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unworn, unwashed, in the same pristine condition that you received it, and must have all original garment tags firmly attached.

1. How to Start a Return

To initiate a standard return, please complete the following steps:

Send an explicit email request to contact@luxurystyleinc.shop within 30 days of package delivery.
Include your Full Name, Order Number, and the specific items you intend to return.
Our customer service team will review your email within 1–2 business days and reply with explicit authorization to drop off or ship your package to our retail store.

2. Return Address & Logistics

All accepted returns must be routed directly back to our physical storefront location:

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs to our storefront location. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
In-Store Drop Off: If you live locally in New York, you may drop off your authorized return directly at our Brooklyn retail shop during normal operating hours.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your item arrives at our physical shop, our quality control team will inspect the garment for integrity.

Inspection Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
Credit Timeline: The funds will automatically be applied to your original credit card or initial method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that your banking institution or credit card issuer may take additional days to post the balance back to your account.

4. Fees and Exemptions

Restocking Fees: Luxury Style Inc. does not charge any restocking fees for items returned in new condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If an item arrives defective, damaged, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us via email immediately so we can correct the issue at zero additional expense to you.
